The countdown has begun with only three weeks left to send in your entries and nominations for the Media Innovation Awards. If you’re based in the South West of England and have created innovative pieces of work during 2007 then this is your opportunity to win a prestigious award and receive that widespread recognition you’ve always deserved! The competition is open to members of the South West of England cluster groups based in Bournemouth, Bristol, Gloucester, Plymouth and Truro.

Completed entry forms and work in the required format must be received at the PM-P office by Thursday 31st January 2008 and the shortlist will be announced once judging has taken place at the end of February.

The winners will be announced at a special gala event to be held on Friday 14th March 2008 and will receive a MIA award. In addition the winner of the Most Innovative Newcomer will receive a cash prize of five hundred pounds, and from the category winners the judges will select the recipient of the coveted MIA 2008 trophy.
