Bristol Filmmakers Festival: Call for Films 08
On the weekend of 14/15 June, the Bristol Filmmakers Festival hosts an event at the Watershed and the Arnolfini which gathers and celebrates the independent film community of Bristol featuring special screenings and providing a forum for local talent to meet, swap ideas and knowledge.
Organised by three local film, exhibition and network outfits Cineformation, Bluescreen and the Misfit Collective the festival screens a variety of the independent film work created in the city, some well funded, some not so well funded.
The weekend will feature a host of special screenings and provide the chance for independent filmmakers to meet, swap ideas and knowledge.
The call goes out to all independent filmmakers in the city of Bristol. The criteria is that the films must be submitted on DVD along with the submission form that can be attained by emailing bfmf2008@yahoo.com. You can also use this email for any questions you may have. The deadline is Monday 26th May.
