UK Business Forums online community moves into the Sift Media stable

Sift has recently completed the acquisition of UK Business Forums (UKBF), the most active UK online networking forum for owner-managed businesses, from Richard Osborne.

UKBF is a vibrant online community website and the most active SME forum in the UK, with over 8,000 members. It is a site for discussion, engagement and interaction between small and medium sized business owners and generates over 2,000 posts a week, and over 800,000 page impressions per month.

Research by 10 Yetis PR & Marketing shows that UK Business Forums receives more than twice the level of member activity in the average day than its nearest rival forum.

UKBF works with a team of moderators facilitated by Sift’s Dan Martin, who has been appointed Editor of the title. Sift’s existing title aimed at the owner-managed business community BusinessZone has also recently been relaunched and the two sites will work closely together going forward.
