Folly Farm

Avon Wildlife Trust care for Folly Farm near Chew Valley. This is a beautiful 250 acre nature reserve with an ecologically and architecturally rich landscape. There are great plans afoot for this area of outstanding natural beauty. Companies will also be able to use the excellent training and conference facilities either as day or residential visitors. One of the plans is for the facility to be able to offer budding young natural history film makers the chance to learn their trade alongside some of the most respected film makers in the business.

They are also interested in hearing from local experts, speakers and talented tutors interested in running courses at this new flagship environmental education centre. They’re looking for people to lead courses for adults throughout the year on a range of subjects from landscape art to local history. There are also plans to create an interactive web site which will give an up to date insight into the diverse wildlife activity at the centre.
