Compass wants five minute films
Five Minutes of Mayhem is the title of an new short experimental film competition running in conjunction with The Compass of Resistance International Film Festival that takes place in Bristol, from 26 October to 9 November this year.
To qualify, films must be no longer than five minutes and must fit into the genre of experimental film. There will be prizes for the Best Film, Most Experimental Film & for the best entry by a young film-maker. Prizes and judges will be announced shortly. There will also be an Audience Award.
Entries may be submitted on DVD, Mini DV or as full quality DV QuickTime files and should be accompanied by a completed entry form. Copies of the form, and entry guidelines, are available from the Compass Film Ltd website www.compass-film.co.uk .
