BDH nominated for RTS Award for Seven Ages of Rock
Congratulations to the team at BDH / Burrell Durrant Hifle in Bristol, who have been nominated for a Royal television Society Award for their work on SEVEN AGES OF ROCK.
The National 2007 RTS Awards held on 27th November at the Savoy will again, like most years, show that Bristol creatives, editors and camera people are some of the best in the UK!
BDH’s 360 design brand management for Seven Ages of Rock was described as a brilliant use of stills photography, album artwork and live action, including titles set to a pulsating track by The Damned that captured the raw energy, sweat and excitement of a Rock experience. Extracts from the work can be seen on BDH’s website www.bdh.net visit www.bbc.co.uk/music/sevenages
The seven-part series aired in May on BBC One and BBC Two and was produced for BBC Features department in Bristol by the same team (Series Producer by William Naylor and Series Editor Michael Poole) that worked on other critically-acclaimed music documentaries such as Soul Deep, Lost Highway and Walk On By.
Good Luck to the team on 27th November!
